I am writing this review to share my honest experience living in this condominium. During my time there, I developed a nail infection after using the pool, which was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. On one occasion, I personally saw feces in the pool water. Access to the pool area appeared to be uncontrolled, as non-residents were frequently able to enter. About a week after using the pool, I became ill. Additionally, the restrooms near the second pool were often kept locked, leaving residents without access to proper facilities, which likely contributed to unsanitary conditions in the water. I had a wonderful time staying here. I wish I could have stayed here longer. I had one of the bigger 1B/1B unit and it was good. The amenities I frequently used were the Tennis court and gym. GYM is one of the best ones I've seen in any apartment complex, it is huge with enough equipment to consider not paying for a gym membership. Tennis court is nice addition, we played Pickle Ball from time to time. Soon after I moved in, there was a turnover with new manager, leasing agents, etc. Trying to get a hold off someone at the leasing office was tough but got slightly better. I left VM and emails still hoping to get a response. I learned the hard way but keep a copy of all communications and paperwork for your records because leasing office will say "unfortunately we can't do anything without

First off, the maintenance team is amazing! Robert and crew are always extremely helpful. The office crew, not so much. When you call you never get real confident answers. The property manager is invisible except when sending out emails. The property manager needs to do a better job of checking the work of outside vendors and seeing what is actually going on in the complex. Today I was told trees were trimmed around my building. Nothing has been touched!!!! Someone step up please!

My main issue with this place is how they are fully staffed yet do everything electronically however their system has problems nearly everyday so God help you if you pay rent electronically and the system goes down. They’re extremely unforgiving even if the problem is on their end and you bring it to their attention in advance you get an immediate eviction notice. I had to call in a favor to a person I don’t even know, give them rent money and hope they come back with a cashiers check. As soon as my lease is up this year I won’t be renewing. The place is pretty to look at but in this economy there are better more cost effective places. The rent is just as high as the stress not worth it.
