Beware when working with Pulte. Landscape is terrible and there is warranty on it. Also, we never got to pick our exterior - as shown in the documents we received. Mandy who was our sales lady refuses to acknowledge this and corporate does nothing. I have the paperwork that shows we didn’t have the conversation. Now we have a very expensive home with zero curb appeal.
