The Estates at Fernview

I stayed at Estates at Fernview for a little over a year and it was by far the best apartment community I have ever lived in! Cindy is an amazing apartment manager who is very kind and helpful. Brad and Eli are an incredible maintenance team and were always quick to address any repairs or help me with any questions I had. The neighborhood is quiet with good neighbors, and the apartments are very nice. I appreciate that they make an effort to have community events throughout the year. I will miss this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new community to call home!

I moved into Fernview a few months ago and have had such a positive experience here. From the moment I toured, I was welcomed and treated so kindly by Cindy, the property manager. She was so knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions with helpful detail—truly she always goes above and beyond. The unit I moved into was newly renovated, completed just before I moved in. The appliances are new and good quality, the renovation was well-done and had good attention to detail, and the unit has everything I need. Cheap Norwood apartments and tenants always have something to complain about. You could literally fart and your neighbor will file a noise complaint or call the police because your fart was too loud. In the winter they crank the heaters hot enough to sweat you out of your cloths at night. I have a water leak in my ceiling that I've put a maintenance request in for and they've done nothing. Maintenance is what I would call a "band-aid" service which means they don't fully fic the issue. They just slap a band-aid on it and call it a day. My toilet has been running for months with 0 fixes to the problem. They wont update the electrical outlets to GFI (3 prong outlet) and the only 2 GFI outlets you have is above the kitchen sink and bathroom (where all of your moisture is...) so at the moment

I lived here for 2 years and had the best experience! Super clean, and quiet community. Maintenance is super quick with fixing issues. Had my a/c unit go out last year and it was replaced with a brand new one within an hour. The property manager, Cindy, is amazing. Highly recommend :)

I moved here two months ago and it's exceeded my expectations, even after reading all the great online reviews beforehand. It's like a small diverse community, very pet friendly. The manager Cindy is exceptionally nice and welcoming. She is excellent at her job, always making sure everything is taken care of for the tenants. The landscaping and maintenance is first class. The day after the wind storm at the end of September, there were maintenance men walking along the rooftops looking for any damage. I love the one floor design for all the units, making it feel like we all have our own little ranch home, and not like most apartment complexes, with multiple floors and hallways. The rents are very affordable compared to most I have seen in the same 5 mile area of Cincinnati. I just couldn't
