I recently moved to another state after living at The Encore for five years, and I can confidently say it was an excellent place to call home. While there are certainly newer or “fancier” buildings out there, the Encore truly stands apart because of its concrete and steel construction and, most importantly, its exceptional staff. Construction: The concrete and steel construction was a major selling point for me when I toured, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. I never heard my neighbors’ footsteps, voices, or appliances. Coming from a house, I had concerns about apartment living, and the soundproofing gave me real peace of mind throughout my time there. I’ve been living at Encore South Park for over three years now, and I still enjoy it just as much as the day I first got my keys. A huge part of that is because of the incredible staff. Brandon Grate, in particular, is one of the most reliable and professional people you’ll ever come across. He consistently goes above and beyond with any request and truly makes you feel welcome and at home. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and I’m sure the company is proud and lucky to have someone like Brandon on their team. Ashley, the community manager, is a rock star as well. I have lived at The Encore for 6 years and cannot complain really- the staff is always helpful, maintenance is prompt, grounds are unkept, and the activities are a good variety. Moreover, the concierge Brandon is very knowledgeable and always so sweet & accommodating. I would recommend this complex- location is ideal, tenants are generally quiet, and grounds are nicely upkept!

We have lived at the Encore more than 8 years; hopefully that fact alone speaks for itself. Beyond its very convenient location, the building and grounds are impeccably maintained. Gus, the maintenance supervisor, and his team are both responsive and professional. The administrative staff is excellent often arranging for food trucks, complementary breakfasts, and seasonal parties. As it happens, we have a good deal of interaction with Brandon on the administrative team (he is a standout), but each of them is excellent and a real professional. Since this building is built to condo standards, you never hear residents above you walking. We also don’t hear anything from our next door neighbors unless it is in the hall. I've lived at The Encore for 8 years and the level of service has been consistently top tier! The community manager Ashley always goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is one of a kind! I can always count on Brandon at the front desk...he is extremely friendly and helpful. Gus and the service team are the best in the business!
