The Enclave at Dewy Meadows

I moved here with my family in the summer, and at first the community was nice and quiet. Unfortunately, that changed when the neighbors above us began making excessive noise. The first incident happened in the middle of the night around 2 a.m., with sounds like heavy boxes being dropped, running, and banging. The noise went on for hours. My husband reported this to the office the next day, but it’s unclear if any action has been taken. The disturbances continue, now often in the evenings around dinner time, making it very difficult to enjoy peaceful time at home or get a good night’s sleep. This level of noise is inconsiderate and disruptive to neighbors, and it has negatively impacted our experience living here.

I waited 2 months before giving a review so here goes: 1. My entire leasing process went very smoothly. Jackie and her team were very responsive (and still are). They are helpful whenever needed. 2. I never hear my neighbors talking, which i love. But i can feel and hear movements, typically from my upstairs neighbors walking. Which I’m totally fine with. Id rather hear walking than talking! 3. Im pretty sure my apartment has been noisy at different points in times (if my young daughter has company over they can become playful) and we haven’t received a noise complaint. Thankfully. This could suggest that my neighbors are being nice or that they can’t hear us (which is my preferred thought and desire). 4. Hallways are usually empty but if i do see a resident, they are usually friendly. 5.

I love living here. My only complaint is the elevators constantly breaking down. It’s not a one time thing. It keeps reoccurring over and over. Not sure why they can’t seem to fix it completely.

Was one of the original tenants who lived in the first building to open. Beautiful apartments, but management is generally non-responsive to tenant issues - constant fire alarms (fire department takes 20-30 min each time to arrive) during my time there, significant waits for lockouts (no alternate way to get into units besides the app, despite constant promise of keys), and a chaotic package room (not managed, packages getting stolen/opened often) were among major issues. Finishes are aesthetically nice but poor quality - ie, cabinet handles and towel rack falling off if you tug slightly - and walls are very thin above and to the sides of units. You will hear everything. Again, a beautiful building but disengaged management really takes away from the experience. Hope it gets better for fut

Very friendly team. They focus on the tenants. They work at doing things right the fist time. Area for improvement, package room. With more tenants ordering merchandise online makes the current room undersized. This creates mixed floor package locations. An attempt has been made to organize boxes but could be better.
