Joan is amazing. Her company has been managing our home for the past year and has been highly responsive and quick to act whenever our renters have had a major issue or repair with our home. She's a great communicator and will contact us (the landlords) whenever an issue comes up. She's proactive in either getting issues fixed or recommending service companies for repairs. She's also very pleasant to interact and work with. I highly recommend Joan and her company.

I was getting ready to move and overwhelmed with all that had to be done. Joan provided resources, arranged for handymen to fix items, posted items for sale and then managed the pick ups for me on various social media sites, and help me to organize! Overall, with Joan's help I felt less stressed overall as she was able to take on some of the things I couldn't do. I would highly recommend her!
