The Enclave Apartments

I've been living here at Enclave Apartments for a year and a half. It's a comfortable place, and any repairs are always taken care of immediately. The maintenance staff is very attentive and helpful. It's a safe place for my children, and last week I transferred to another apartment, and I'm very happy with it. It's very spacious and quiet for my children and my pet. The management staff is always willing to help me, especially Briana; she's very kind and answers all my questions. I recommend this place to live.

I didnt give a 5 star only because there is always room for improvement. With that said. The Maintenance team does a good job of addressing issues as quickly as possible and Briana in the office is always kind and responsive to issues that do arise. As far as the dog poop goes, we could all be better neighbors and clean up after our fur babies. That should not be on the Management and Maintenance team. Let's do better for each other folks...

Maintenance man Joseph parked for more than one year in a handicap spot with a forged and altered invalid placard. This was a terrible injustice, committed against the disabled, the elderly and handicapped. to alter a handicap placard and use it is a felony and it is considered fraud in New Mexico. It is an arrestable offense. It is alarming that we now have to trust a maintenance man that was so low down and dirty committing crimes against the community on this property. Now we have to let him in our apartments so he can fix stuff? This is an injustice, appalling and very low down. They have a zero crime tolerance policy on this property. They have warned us that anything criminal will lead to an expedited eviction. Apparently they have a double standard when it comes to staff. I guess if

This apartment complex has completely failed when it comes to providing a secure environment. There are constant safety issues, and management doesn’t seem to take them seriously. I never feel comfortable walking around the property, especially at night, and nothing has been done to improve lighting, security, or resident protection. For the amount of money they charge, you’d expect basic safety—unfortunately, it’s just not here. I absolutely do not recommend living in this complex.

Living here has been extremely frustrating. My air conditioner has been broken for way too long, and maintenance still hasn’t fixed it despite multiple requests. It’s uncomfortable, especially in the heat, and there’s no sense of urgency from the management team. For the amount of rent we pay, basic things like a working AC should be handled quickly and professionally. Very disappointed with the maintenance service at this apartment complex.
