The Elmwood

Hi everyone, I truly love living at The Elmwood Community Building Apartments! From day one, it has felt like home. The entire community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. The management team is always friendly, professional, and responsive—they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and all of the shared spaces are kept clean and in excellent condition. I really appreciate how safe, quiet, and comfortable the environment is. Everything here—from the services to the sense of community—exceeds expectations. And give a special shoutout to Amy Castaner for being the BEST property manager we have ever dealt with. I’m genuinely happy to call Elmwood home and couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Living at the Elmwood has been nothing but amazing, all thanks to Amy! She’s easy to talk to, always willing to help, and truly cares about the people who live at The Elmwood. Whenever I reached out, she responded quickly and handled things with patience and kindness. She really makes the place feel welcoming. The Elmwood is lucky to have her!

The Elmwood is a wonderful apartment complex. It's almost like living in a master planned community. The grounds and property are beautifully maintained, the apartments are modern and spacious, and there are amenities here for both the young and young at heart. I really appreciate the onsite, full time property management and maintenance staff. I put in a maintenance request online late yesterday evening, on Indigenous Peoples' Day. One of the men from maintenance, who I've seen on the premises as early as 8:00 a.m., fixed the problem by 9:30 a.m. this morning. How's that for prompt (non-emergency) service? The Elmwood was leased up in the blink of an eye because they just do a whole lot right here!

We love our apartment home at Elwood Apartments and the great WinnTeam in the Leasing Office and in Maintenance. They are so attentive to aĺl our needs. It is fabulous place to live
