Overall I love living here. What makes it beyond worth it is the maintenance. Moe is so attentive and reliable. I had issues with my water heater and he came to my apartment multiple times per week until it was fixed. I 100% recommend living here and trusting with quick fixes!

Jen and Mark have been wonderful since I decided to move in — very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They handle issues quickly and make everything smooth. Really appreciate their support and professionalism.

Mo from maintenance has been fantastic. Right after I moved in, he quickly took care of all the issues and made everything easy and smooth. Really appreciate how responsive and helpful he was.

I can’t ever say enough positive things about Mo! Around 9:30pm our heater was not working and immediately within a few minutes of putting in a request Mo got on the phone with us, came over and fixed it within 30 mins. He’s always been an extremely communicative and responsive in finding a resolution in a timely manner.

We’ve only lived here for a few months, but we’ve loved it. The office staff have been friendly and welcoming, and they always say hello when I see them. Our maintenance staff is fantastic as well - we had an issue with our microwave and Thomas and Mo came to check on it and told me they’d have to replace it. Within a few short days we got a new one and the installed it in under 5 minutes. They were so friendly and efficient. If I ever see them around the complex, they always smile and say hello. It’s been great!!
