i lived here from 2023 to 2025 and i loved my apartment. it was spacious and the appliances were really nice. lots of storage and didn’t have many maintenance issues. when i did, they came right away, even with emergencies. parking is a little rough if you come home late, but usually there were spots outside my building. the trash situation sucks unless you live next to the dumpster. there is only 1 dumpster and it’s in the back of the complex. i think 90% of people drove their trash there. there’s also 1 amazon locker for a giant complex. if you live near it there’s no problem, otherwise expect to drive there to get your packages. both the trash and amazon locker are so out of the way. there’s dog poop everywhere even though there are plenty of bag stations. residents just don’t care so u

We’ve lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed it for the most part! there are things you are going to love and not like but that’s EVERYWHERE! But the things that can be controlled by the staff are always handled by the staff and that’s what we appreciate!! Pros: the space of the apartments; the events that the community has and food trucks (great engagement); LOVE the landscaping team, they always keep it looking good; and the wonderful maintenance team and leasing staff! They’re always there to help! Cons: loud or nasty neighbors (not all, a very small amount), some vehicle theft if it occurs, haven’t noticed in a while; and more recently Amazon packages have started to go missing if left at your door; overall, we love it here and the many great neighbors we do have, it’s just a few bad

Update: we had a package delivered to our old address here by accident by one of our family members for Christmas and whoever now lives there stole it. I would not recommend living here. We moved here a year ago under the pretense this complex was "luxury apartments" and while yes, the inside is very nice for an apartment, however, the rest of the complex cannot claim the same. The parking is absolutely atrocious. Good luck getting a spot after 3pm. We lived right on the corner of 175 so traffic was constantly heard. Every siren, every car horn, and every car accident. The neighbors are their own category. The majority are rude and very judgemental. I didn't feel safe going outside by myself after a certain hour at night. These are by far the worst apartments I have stayed in. The following list are the things I have experienced since living here: •Vomit and urine on the elevators •Obnoxious neighbor upstairs (between her cat running around at 4am (thin walls and ceilings) and her kids stomping throughout the day) •Neighbors littering •Car break ins (including mine) with NO security [cameras] at the time until everyone started complaining about their vandalized cars •Roaches here and there from other residents •Packages all over the place that are delivered •Overfilled dumpster (there’s only one for the entire community) •Overcrowded parking •animals feces by the door entries …the list goes on.
