Autumn Woods Apartments

By far one of the best Apartments in Howard county. We lived here for 8 years. Very clean. The staff I must say were super cool from when we moved in until we left. The maintenance staff, top notch! They address issues in a timely manner and are very accommodating. We left because we bought a house. Thanks for everything Kia!

I’m giving this place one star and it has nothing to do with the unit. It has everything to do with the leasing staff and corporate. The unit of itself is nice and spacious. The kitchen needs an upgrade, but outside of that the unit itself I have no complaints. However, my issue and lies with my family, and I receiving constant harassment and being discriminated against. When we first moved in my mother, had to get the lease notarized due to being on a cruise during the Christmas holidays. We submitted all documentation that the leasing office request requested. Kia and Jalisa were very kind. We were able to get the keys and move in. After we have moved in, we started being treated differently. They gave us a 30 day vacate notice because they said the lease was not signed to their liking.

I have been to literally 4 different apartment complexes before coming here in 2019. I moved every year since 2015 because I was never happy and never settled honestly. But I have settled here at Autumn Woods going on 3 years because it’s has checked off all priorities on my list: 1. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood 2. Howard County Schools 3. Decent neighbors who don’t bother (at least in my court) 4. Nice Office staff and responsive/ polite maintenance team. I’d also like to add that the towing isn’t predatory like most apartment complexes are and the management is routinely keeping up and maintaining the community, which I haven’t seen any other apartment complex do so diligently… they periodically change AC filters, check fire alarms and are painting and cleaning the exteriors and maint

I leased an apartment for one year u til September 2023. I was utterly happy the whole term. Nice neighbors, very quiet, very friendly. Everything worked in my apartment. They scheduled regular maintenance for the HVAC and appliances.The ladies at the lease office were fantastic. The reason I left was the company I worked for moved me out of the state. It was sad for me to leave. Wonderful place to live.
