RATS,ROACHES,MICE IN THE WALLS,NO AC IN THE SUMMER NO HEAT IN THE WINTER NO HOT WATER FOR DAYS, ELEVATOR BREAKS DOWN, YELLOW BATH WATER, TRASH PILE UP, MOLD, WATER DAMAGE, CANCELLED MAINTENANCE REQUEST. Actual HELL ON EARTH that’s how you are going to spend your time here during the summer time I’ve been here since 2023 every summer the ac goes out for weeks on end every year they say it’s the same issues they need to repair. Ultimately it’s never repaired permanently. During the winter months get ready to buy your own space heaters the heat goes out as well with no hot wate. Get ready to bathe in YELLOW BATH WATER. The rental office are never there to answer their phones don’t have a crises during the weekend no one will come even if you call the emergency maintenance after hours. Mainten

Please anyone who values a nice and safe place to live, do not rent here, there are rats, mice, cockaroaches, trash. The management never answers the phone, maintenance people are rude, rude neighbors, young people setting on the stairs drinking, and smoking. Building always on fire, the air conditioner was out for 3 weeks. The pool never opens on time and old pool furniture, there are people arguing over the pool furniture. Power goes out all the time, in the hall ways you have to be careful of stepping in dog poop this is not acceptable, rats outside in the trash there are huge rat holes, the rats are as big as cats. This once was a nice and safe place to live not anymore. Please do not rent from this place please think about you and your familys safety.

Move in experience: EXCELLENT! The staff were helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my tight schedule. They made arrangements to meet me after regular hours to be sure I got moved in on time! The apartment was rented to me in good condition: clean, well maintained, with new appliances. It is spacious for a one bedroom! There is natural light and a nice courtyard in the center of the complex, and all the tenants I have met so far have been friendly and welcoming. 😁👍 Emely in the leasing office did a lot of extra legwork to help me get everything taken care of, and she was friendly, helpful, and professional through the whole process.

6/23/24 Update: The AC goes out during the hottest, dangerous time of the year and they don’t send an email or tell residents. I had to find out from emergency maintenance when my apartment’s temp wouldn’t go below 95 degrees!!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WELL BEING!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! ALL the recent positive reviews praising Kayla and the new leasing company ARE FAKE and are most likely posted by the company; pay attention to the language they use in the review, it’s the same kind of word and sentence structure they use in their poorly written emails to the residents. THIS APT COMPLEX IS FAR FROM CLEAN!!!!!!! A new ME leasing company is making residents pay 5 DOLLARS A DAY for visitor parking using PARKM. This is the third leasing company to take over the complex in the 7 y

Update 6/25/24- I have since moved but the residents there now have no AC or hot water since last Thursday. No concern from management and no relief in sight. I feel so bad for all- this is not deserved nor acceptable. This should be criminal actually. The “new” management excuse is actually untrue and even if it were it’s getting pretty old ATP. ************** This place deserves zero stars. Do not move here unless you absolutely cannot afford nor find ANYTHING ELSE and I mean almost anything! All they do is collect rent. Nothing else. At all. They don’t even have proper supplies for their staff to work with like a rolling trash can, salt spreader or snow blower. They take care of NO work orders unless you call the people on them lol.
