The Ellison

This apartment is modern, beautiful, quiet, and convenient. But the rooftop gym (GREAT equipment, astroturf), rooftop pool (heated) and hot tub (actually hot!) offers spectacular views of the mountains, sunrises, sunsets… It’s just gorgeous. Security is fantastic, the staff is fantastic and friendly, maintenance is fast… I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been here almost two months. To address reviews about fire alarms: the only one I’ve heard was from a resident who burned something and opened the door to the hallway to ventilate (instead of windows and balcony). The garage parking has plenty of spaces. There are social events (thanks for the UFC fight-watching party on the bigscreen on the roof!). Great opportunity for meeting the neighbors.

I absolutely adore this place. I’ve lived in several complexes in Vegas and none of them have stood up to their brand promise the way The Ellison has. I’ve been here 30 days and I never want to leave. The pictures don’t even do it justice and the cleanliness is unmatched. I’ve lived all over the world, in 10 different countries and so far, this is in my top three places I’d return to. It’s so good, I almost want to gatekeep, but I won’t. You can thank me later. Warning: I will say I told you so. Lol!

I’ve lived at the Ellison for about a year now, and have watched it blossom into a very well run and friendly community. While every new build has its problems, this complex makes up for it with its amenities and well planned community events. Rochelle is the events coordinator and plans weekly activities for us all that are always so much fun and beautifully organized. I’ve met many new friends in the community because of these. They are always fun, include thoughtful planning and extra special touches that make living here truly feel like an experience. I was debating not renewing my lease, but after attending the summer’s events, I can honestly say she makes this property feel more complete and like home. I recently moved to The Ellison from Miami, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff and management have been incredibly supportive throughout the entire relocation process. A huge thank you to Jessica Johnson and Megan for their exceptional assistance—my move has been flawless and carefree. Adrian, the building engineer, has been fantastic as well, taking care of little details in my apartment to ensure everything is perfect. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from everyone at The Ellison. Thank you for making my transition to Las Vegas outstanding! I’m excited for this new chapter in my life. Do not move here!!! The fire alarm goes off for the entire building like every week if somebody cooks and the smoke leaks out into the hallway, the entire building goes off like public school, fire alarm drills.. It’s so loud it’s woken me up so many times all different times of the days sometimes at night. I’ve lived in five different buildings and never had this problem. their fire system is way too extremely sensitive!!!!!. I want to move out. It’s giving me a headache and I can’t take it. safety is one thing. But this is ridiculous. Literally can’t even cook without the entire building going off. Its insane
