⚠️ PROSPECTIVE TENANTS BEWARE ⚠️ Second time our emergency fire alarms have gone off for more than an hour in the middle of the night this year. Please keep in mind the spamming 5 star review about Keyshia are most likely fake as I am in the office minimum 6 times a month and have never met a Keyshia In less than one year, this property has had another full ownership change, four property managers, and the newest manager quit within the first month. There is zero consistency or accountability only temporary staff running the office. Quiet enjoyment does not exist unless you live on the top floor. I have endured nonstop late-night and early morning stomping, spent over $300 on sleep aids, and management refuses to enforce quiet hours despite 50+ documented emails. I was convinced to ren

I am a new resident at The Eliza on Collier, and I absolutely love it so far! The community is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The move-in process was smooth, and everything was well prepared for me. The staff is amazing — very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The manager, Miss Angie, is the best! She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. Her positive attitude and support made my experience even better. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend The Eliza on Collier to anyone looking for a great place to live!

New management is great! The new manager is really cool and gets things done efficiently whenever possible. Don’t believe everything you read online about old management people sometimes try to blame the new team, but they’re doing a way better job. Parking can be a bit tricky, but honestly, it’s better to have some challenge than to deal with the reckless parking we had in the past.

I lived at Eleven85 for a year and Looks can be deceiving. This place looks nice from the outside looking in but it’s actually outdated. Also the building has giant cockroaches and well as silverfish. I’ve seen multiple in the hallways and inside my unit and in other units. They had roaches before new management but it doesn’t seem like new management has gotten a handle on it. No matter how much I’ve cleaned or had pest control come in they keep showing up. Mostly in my bathroom. Old management was pretty on top of it though when I would have pest control come routinely once a month. Also maintenance was very responsive. Parking is a nightmare if you want to have guests. You have to go get a paper for them to put in their dashboard before the office closes to park in the lot or park in t

Enjoying the responsiveness of the new ownership and management as well as the ongoing active improvements to the property. My experience with professionalism at apartment complexes, even those that claim to be “luxury,” has not been consistent. It’s obvious that new management has placed a premium on treating residents with kindness and respect, which I appreciate. Coupling the incredible location (A+ school district, corner of Buckhead & Upper Westside, and convenient to really everywhere ITP) and solid amenities with good management is a winning strategy.
