The Elements

My experience at The Elements in Rapid City was truly exceptional. As a new arrival to the area, it was the ideal place to call home. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and incredibly spacious, and the location made my daily commute seamless and convenient. What truly sets The Elements apart, however, is the phenomenal staff. Kassie and the entire management team are responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They go above and beyond to create a positive living experience. I am so grateful for my time there and would highly recommend The Elements to anyone relocating to Rapid City or looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.

It's been a pleasure living at The Elements. I would recommend these over all the other new construction apartments. They have a ground-level suite set aside for resident's to rent for visitors - my folks came in town a couple times and loved it. Great quality interiors with tall ceilings! Management is top-notch in that they're responsive and work with you. Kassie is very present and good at her job. Whenever there was a complication due to weather, power, or the garage door she reached out to everyone ahead of time. The maintenance guy is also great. My washer wasn't initially plugged in and he came by to investigate within the hour. I've also seen him handle refuse and power washing the underground garage many times. The apartments look nice and if you want something downtown they are ok. There are bars and restaurants in easy walking. Some things to be aware of. If you never had the air conditioning and heating unit in your living room, turn it on so you know how loud it is. I like a bath with epsom salts after a really tough workout. But the tub is narrow so not comfortable. Get in the shower so you know if you will fit. Do not expect a quiet neighborhood.  Motorbikes and cars can be heard revving engines possibly racing and there are train whistles and sirens. The building sits between two one way three lane streets and a multi-lane divided highway, railroad and a fire station are a couple blocks away. Kassie was so friendly, trustworthy, efficient and helpful getting me approved and ready to move in. She was very up-front with the total monthly cost and I really appreciated it. There were two minor issues after I moved in and she very quickly addressed them and had them taken care of.

Good apartments, friendly staff, good management. The apartments are clean and the maintenance team is quick.the leasing process was super easy. Great for students who goes to “School of Mines”.
