As of 2022, they do have new management and staff. They seem to be trying very hard and have made improvements, but there is still a disconnect when trying to get hold of management. Most days I am unable to get anyone to answer the phones. Also, an open office with available persons is very hit and miss. But I will say, Sharon, who is manager, will quickly reply to email. I guess with changes, there is a lot to take care of as well as a difficulty finding people who actually want or need to work. The place is not like top notch, very old buildings with updates needed. Residents would very much like to see the pool open this year, that has not been working for at least a few years, if not longer. Rent is decent, but as food prices sore and the property gets older it would be nice for it t
