This apartment complex is nice, modern and everything is new and clean with friendly staff. May need to check both Building A and B to retrieve packages regardless of the delivery notice (but this happens infrequently). One thing to note is that during snow removal on the exterior parking lot, you must relocate your vehicle to another part of the property else it could get towed. So if you go out of town during the winter months, you'll need a trusted/reliable friend or family member to move your vehicle if you're parked in the exterior lot.

They have top notch management. We looked at several communities and came back here. Open floor concept, clean and has several amenities. The Managers are professional and welcoming. Close to stores and Restaurants you will not have to go far.

We’ve been living here for about 7 months now, and honestly, we can’t wait to move out. To start with the positives: the staff is very friendly and helpful. We also appreciate the pet policy especially how they DNA dogs to hold owners accountable for not picking up after their pets. As responsible dog owners, we respect that. However, it does have its downsides. There is no warning system at all, if your dog is linked to waste left behind, it goes straight to an absurd amount in fees. I even asked what would happen if our dog had runny diarrhea, and they said we’d still be expected to pick it up even though that’s not always physically possible, which feels a little unreasonable. When we toured the complex, the gym wasn’t finished yet. Once it opened, it was honestly very underwhelming c
