Made sure our search was always within the area we wanted our new home to be located, purchase price at or below where we wanted to spend, and had the bedrooms, and ammentities requested and then some. He was fast and efficient when communicating with the selling agent, and us as buyers. He made sure we understood what every document was for and what it all meant. We worked with Thomas when building our first house. He was very dependable and knowledgeable which was appreciated. What I liked the most is that he didn't pander or say what you wanted to hear but rather held conversations that were important and factual. He also went above and beyond and helped me install an antenna in the attic when the house trusses were still exposed. Very cool! We would use them again in future if needed.
