The Edison at Frisco

I have lived here now for over half a year! If you’re looking for an amazing apartment complex that in close proximity to so many stores/places, along with an incredible community, this is your place to be! The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well priced! The management/staff is incredible, nice, and one of the best I’ve ever come across! The maintenance team here is fantastic! I rarely have any issues, but when I do, everything gets resolved quickly and efficiently! My dog loves living here! The dog park is on the smaller side, however, doesn’t bother her! There’s also lots of sidewalk space around the complex, too! All in all, I made the right decision by moving into this community! You should, too! ;)

I love living here! I have truly had the best experience as far as maintenance requests, amenities, and overall hospitality of the staff. I love that the staff here truly goes above and beyond to organize awesome events for their residents. It means a lot that I live somewhere that truly cares about their residents! The location in Frisco is great, especially if you want quick access to Preston/Eldorado, Gates of Prosper, and Downtown Main Street. No complaints!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about our assistant property managee, Dustin. He’s always friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Anytime we’ve had questions or needed assistance, he’s been quick to respond and genuinely cares about making sure residents feel comfortable and supported. He’s truly an asset to the property and plays a big role in making this a great place to live. We really appreciate everything he does!

I’ll start with the only positive: maintenance. Maintenance is always polite, professional, and completes requests quickly. That is genuinely the only thing I’ve been happy with during my time living here. Unfortunately, everything else has been a constant frustration. The leasing office is extremely poorly run. The agents are rude, dismissive, and often completely unresponsive. I’ve seen at least 4–5 leasing agents come and go during my lease, which says a lot about the turnover and management behind the scenes. Emails frequently go unanswered, and concerns are ignored unless it involves collecting money. The mailroom and package system are a complete mess. The package lockers have been broken for months, yet carriers can still deliver into them — causing packages to get locked inside

Mixed feelings about this complex. The units themselves are nice and the location is great, but unfortunately, there are so many pest issues, including rats, roaches, ants, bees, scorpions. Nobody picks up after their dogs either and the mail room looks crazy constantly. There are packages just left out and sometimes the door is open so anybody can go in and steal things. There's also been a lot of staff turnover in the two years since my partner signed the lease .. at least 3–4 different property managers. Torrie was by far the most helpful and responsive during that time. One of our biggest frustrations was the lack of flexibility from management.
