False advertisement, for the location I was thinking ok, the price is not to bad for a 2 bedroom but for almost paying $1000 you’d think it’d be better. Working in a lab for 3 years and working in micro you see a lot of molds. This place is infested with mold spores. As a mom with 2 kids with asthma that was not gonna fly with me. Carpet was up and not properly placed down. Flooring in other areas looked water damaged. Cabinets missing as well as dirty. They painted over dirt and old paint that was and has been peeling. Kitchen cabinets painted on so they look attached. Some light switches weren’t working but my power was on. The outside was disgusting and not kept. My self saw a man taking away stuff from complex and running. - Maintenance resolved after 5 months - No one in office ever - They are not cooperative - Hungry for money all the time. Charged us penalty because they are not doing their work properly - Worst place I have experienced in my 9 years in USA - Seamlessly did the maintenance work after 5 months and now saying you have to pay penalty if you brake the lease agreement. If you guys charging us penalty we can also charge you penalty for not doing work on time Making us suffer mentally and physically. I guess there should be proper case filed on such people. - Non Humans. Just want money

Jasmine was one of the worst managers hired on. When mold was present, she would stall the process and make us sicker. She never cared to resolve work orders instead she would alter and delete it. She had no knowledge of laws and legal rights or procedures as a landlord. She moved tenants into units that were unfinished and not painted or renovated properly. She would alter the rent fees with inconsistent amounts. She had her “friends” conflict of interest write reviews for her to make her look like a good manager when in reality she was by far the worst one ever. There’s more but I won’t disclose the rest.

I have had up and down experiences here but I believe it was bad timing on when I moved it. The apartment complex was under a different management who did not seem to care at all about the quality of thier complex. But in recent months that's seems to be changing. The new manager Christine is truly a miracle worker 🙏. She came in a few months ago and got to work quickly on fixing up alot of what was wrong with these units. She helped ALOT with the homeless issue, she has been on her residents about making sure everybody is doing thier part and even recently came through on powerwashing our sidewalks which was promised to us over 6 months ago but just never happened. We moved in a year ago and it was pretty bad but now I have to say this new management is amazing homeless are not surrounding us using their dugs she is improving security cleaning up the grounds she is trying is best and doing amazing. Little side note she is super nice and welcoming
