The Edge at Cottage Grove

I worked with Molly and Cassie, the property managers at the Edge, on the transition to new Internet services at this property during the end of 2025. My experience with this staff was great! They were very communicative and easy to work with. Most importantly, it was apparent that the staff cared about their residents and wanting to provide the best service!

I reside at The Edge Apartments in Cottage Grove and our complex is Managed by Bruner Realty Management and I cannot express the amount of appreciation enough of how prompt and helpful they are when I personally reach out with any questions or concerns. Molly is phenomenal! Josh, thank you for showing up in a flash, getting down and dirty, taking apart the stair master to retrieve my AirPod. lol… thank you guys for all you do to ensure us residents have a comfortable and safe living.

I have lived at the Edge for almost 5 years. I have loved living here. the apartment is comfortable and well laid out. Whenever I have had any kind of issue, the property manager and maintenance staff have been helpful, kind, and respond immediately.

I currently been residing here at the Edge Of The Cottage Grove Commons for a year now and I love it, so peaceful and spacious.I re signed my lease not too long ago. Molly has been such a big help, I really do appreciate the accommodations she made for me as a tenant. There were new tenant who moved in and I was getting noise complaints, which I never was before. I spoke with Molly and told her I don’t think I could be as loud as they say, Molly figured everything out and handle the situation very well, neighbors were able to move to the 3rd floor were they are not living under anyone, problem solved. Cassie also is very understanding and anytime you reach out, they reach back out in the timely manor. Molly and Cassie are great, maintenance is great, and the building in general is great. I

Everyone has been super nice and helpful with the move in process. We had some maintenance concerns within the first few days and they had someone scheduled within 24 hours to come out. Very impressed with everything so far! The place is beautiful. Can’t hear the neighbors through the walls. Love the parking garage going to each floor. Only thing that’s a little annoying is there is no trash shoot so you do need to bring it down to the first floor and the motorcycle parking is odd so some design flaws but overall impressed with the employees, consideration, fast responses and beautiful set up.
