I absolutely love where I live at The Eastern Residences in North Hills — it’s the perfect spot for anyone who wants convenience and luxury at your fingertips. The location is unbeatable. Everything is within easy walking distance: grocery stores, coffee shops, nail salons, hair boutiques, bowling, and tons of great restaurants. You can step out and have shopping, dining, and entertainment right at your doorstep — no need to drive anywhere if you choose to stay in and not drive after a busy work week. The community itself is vibrant with activities and amenities that make daily life feel special. Stayed here for little over a year. In short, if you can afford this place, there is nothing to be unhappy about. Our unit was on the eighth floor. Really friendly management and staff, great amenities and views, and prime location. My fav part was definitely the sky lounge and the views from there - it was so nice to enjoy the sunset from “the highest elevation in Raleigh”. Maintenance requests could be placed by just messaging a bot - I thought that was super cool and easy. The staff made sure the place always looked so clean. The package room was very organized - this is something nonexistent in other apartments. The only small negative I can thinking of is the parking. Because a lot of the parking deck is shared by the companies on the other side, it was hard to get a parking spot if

I have lived at The Eastern since July 2023 and have had an amazing experience. The Building is always clean and the property has an incredible pool, gym and rooftop. The staff are top notch and promptly respond to emails/requests - many thanks to Gregory, Tyneshia, Lisa, Robert, Michael and everyone else for the wonderful service that they provide. I highly recommend considering The Eastern for your next home!

The Eastern is an elevated living experience--the nicest in Raleigh for sure. You'll pay for it, but it's worth it. The Building Beautifully maintained + exquisitely decorated. The staff is so kind and attentive; special shoutouts to the concierge, maintenance and cleaning teams. Common Areas Rooftop pool, full gym w/ smith machine, TRX + punching bag, multiple WFH spaces are all clean, spacious, and hoppin'! I love that people actually use the common areas. It's clear Kane spared no expense with the details. Apartments High-quality, unique, and jaw-dropping. You get what you pay for; connected appliances, dimmable lights, smart thermostats, roller shades, soft-close cabinets + drawers, etc. The works. This does not feel like a rental. I just recently moved in and it has been a dream! Gregory, who is the Leasing Specialist is so friendly and knowledgeable. He was informative and kind from the very beginning of originally taking me on the tour- and now daily each time I see him working hard in his office. A great member to have on the team and I can’t truly thank him enough! 🫶🏻
