The Easley

I lived here for 15 months. I waited to write my review once i moved out to get the full experience. I honestly have nothing bad to say. The property is quite not too much going on. I mostly worked with Niurka , she is fantastic very kind, commutive and professional 10/10. she was always willing to help and handle issues immediately.

I have visited several apartment buildings in the area But this one was amazing. They were beautiful and spacious. The community had alot of amenities like a pool and a gym. But the gym had something different. They had a part for crossfit style workouts. Luke was the one who gave me the tour. He was great and funny. These places are number one on my list so far.

The staff has been absolutely amazing since I moved in. I recently transferred units and everyone has been incredibly helpful, especially Morgan and Niurka. They are always so willing to help and they're always so positive. The maintenance team is also incredibly helpful and willing to fix all the orders I put in. I recently transferred units and have put in work orders throughout the last few weeks. Reece and Oscar have been to fix all the orders within 24 hours. They have fixed all the orders and have been so respectful about making sure they knock or call before entering. They are all wonderful and I couldn't recommend them more!

Before choosing the Easley Building as your next home, please take a moment to watch the videos I've uploaded and make an informed decision for yourself. Note: The noise you will hear in the videos comes from a rainwater drainage pipe (the gutter system) attached to a bedroom wall. Best of luck!

Update: I really appreciate Niurka going out of her way to apologize in person. Management also reached out to me personally and apologized and lmk they hadn’t spoke to Niurka which made me appreciate her apology even more. I’m glad we were able to talk and come to an understanding. I love that they were willing to hear my side of the story and make things right! I just moved here 2 days ago (February 14) and it has been a nightmare. The apartment itself is really nice. Nice appliances, flooring by, the amenities seem nice (I haven’t tried them out yet, and the building is really secure. However, the office staff, not friendly. The move in process was extremely stressful. I showed up the day to move in and the friendly and helpful front that was given when I toured was gone. I had difficu
