I lived at the DVI Astoria for five years and had a really nice experience. The superintendent of this building, Joey, is just fantastic. He was always responsive and he ran a building for adults. If there were knuckleheads causing problems, he’d enforce the community rules, making sure that everyone had a pleasant living experience. The location is great. 35th St. is quiet and you’re walking distance to hundreds of amazing food options. It also has great access to the Steinway and 36th St. stops. I really liked my time here.
Lived here 5 years + Management & Superintendent has always taken care of me, never had an issue or any inconveniences, would always recommend this place !
Haven't had heat for over a month in the middle of winter. Management is completely unresponsive. Do not stay in this building!
