The Dresden

The new manager Nikki is awesome, I see her walking the property. She acts as if she cares. We have had so many managers here that hopefully this is it. One of the reasons why residents leave is because of management consistently changing. We are glad to have her. Maintenance is a plus too! You guys have an awesome team! These guys are awesome. The team listens and is always welcoming and that makes a difference to us residents.

The smoothest moving experience I’ve had so far! The biggest thank you goes to Pam for the hospitality and professionalism. She made the process fun fast and easy. Dresden offers beautiful floor plans with perfect pricing and amenities. If you’re thinking about viewing the Dresden, I highly recommend checking out what’s offered and too see Pam!

So far- so good. Just moved into the Dresden about a month ago. I was so pleased during the application process as Pam was super professional and kind and kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. Her commitment to excellence absolutely goes above and beyond any other leasing agents I've worked with in the past. Very quick to answer any and all questions as well as walk me through the things I may have not understood. To this day- she is only a phone call away and continues to be just as helpful. I appreciate the other management in the office as well. The area is well kept by maintenance and they do a great job making sure that the units and property is in good working order. I love my spacious unit and all of the new upgraded appliances. Feels nice to call the Dresden home 🏡 😊

I toured the apartment with Gene, he was very polite and informative. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was easy to talk to. Anytime I call and speak with Pam she is always nice & helpful. Carmellia helped me with the application process, it was easy and everything was well explained. She answered all my questions and kept me updated through the entire process. I’ve been living here for almost a month and it had been a great experience! The maintenance man Jorge is very polite also. He Fixed all my issues within the same day & was quick & communicated well. I would recommend this property, it is quiet, close to the highway, and they keep the grounds clean.
