I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place! I moved in early January after recently getting engaged, and Matt made the whole transition from Wisconsin to Georgia incredibly smooth for my (now) husband—even before I arrived. He’s been amazing at keeping us in the loop and making sure anything that comes up is taken care of quickly. Any time we’ve had a concern, it’s been handled either within the hour or by the next morning. Matt also does a great job keeping the property looking nice—I’ve seen him out and about picking up trash and making sure everything is tidy. He’s super proactive about safety too, staying alert and communicating with residents when there’s anything we should be aware of. Typical paint over the problem and never fix it type apartments. Roofs will leak when it rains. Walls are paper thin. Front doors don’t seal to the frame. Maintenance issues never get handled. Your “views” are a homeless camp, a truck loading dock, or constant construction. You’re charged monthly for services that aren’t provided. You hear every train, ambulance, fire truck, and police car in Augusta. Dog feces everywhere. Management is dishonest.

The asset has been fantastic, especially since the new management took over. Matt, our onsite manager, is incredibly helpful and cares about the community. Joe the maintenance guy is quick to fix issues when they come up.

The new property manager is great and always looks out for me. I ran into a string of bad luck a few months ago and he was very gracious and understanding. Also helped me resolve a problem I was having with some loud neighbors. Awesome job!!!

The Downtowner is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Property Owner is very friendly and does best to meet the tenants needs making making the move in process easy and transitional for all.
