Alla has been absolutely amazing from the very first time we came to look at the place all the way through to now—what turned out to be the easiest move ever! From day one, she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. She was always so friendly and welcoming, never pushy, and truly made us feel like valued residents rather than just another application. What really stood out is that she follows up exactly when she says she will, which is so refreshing. Her communication and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ve lived here for about three years, and overall it’s been an okay experience with a few areas that could improve. Maintenance has always been a strong point—Jessie is consistently prompt and great with follow-ups. Katie, the new leasing manager, was very helpful with my recent transfer. There are a few issues with my new unit, but I appreciate how smoothly she handled the process overall. A downside is that sometimes, I feel like I get 'the runaround' when it comes to communication, and some things take longer than expected to get resolved. My advice would be to stay on top of updates with them, to make sure everything moves along. Overall, I’m grateful to have a comfortable place to live, and I appreciate the staff’s efforts. Hello, I recently had an appointment to view an apartment with The Doc at Suprise Lake. I must say, this was the most enjoyable experience I had in search for a new home. From begining to end. Starting with the ease of requesting the appt online then the quick turnaround call to schedule the appt. Next, when meeting the Rep Noah we discussed what I was looking for and other details. That was a great conversation and to add that the office area we met in was very clean and beautiful! Just right as it set the tone for the great experience to follow.
