Copper Creek Apartments

The staff here at Cooper Creek Apartments in Milton are amazing and the place is the best. The only issue I had was the amount it would cost for move in after paying the guarantors. Im sure it was just a misunderstanding but it did add stress that I wasn't expecting. We love the quiet community and the apartment. With the short time we've been here the maintenance crew has been amazing. They are quick to fix non-emergent issues. Overall, this was the Best choice I could make and my daughter and I have an Amazing fresh start.

Been living here for the last 5 years going on 6th soon. Love the peacefulness and quietness of the Community. Management is responsive and maintenance team is great. They keep everything neat and clean too. Only complaint I truly have is my neighbors below me who constantly make up lies about my noises when I am hardly ever home and I work early so I am usually in bed by a decent time. Everything else has been a wonderful experience and would recommend this Community!

Lived here for a year and would not recommend moving here. Very frustrating experience. Management does not do their job correctly. Passes on their responsibility’s to the tenets. Almost had my car towed once even with a parking permit. Main front gate has not worked during the entirety of my stay. Work orders did not get completed in a timely manner. Lived with a hole in my living room for 4 months because maintenance team is understaffed (see picture below) lastly we had many problems with mold on our walls, on our personal belongings that management did very little about and would not let us leave the complex without breaching the lease contract even though it was a ongoing health issue.

Copper creek has been a breath of fresh air. I mean just driving into the property takes your breath away! Did I mention one side of it backs up to a nature preserve that’s only for animals! And because it’s set back a little, it’s super safe but still close enough to everything. The milton interurban trail is also super close and safe for walking. The management is engaged, friendly and helpful. Marissa has especially made the move in experience extra special. (Like answering my 5000 questions and even leaving some cat treats for my cat on move in day) They also had a pet picture day I missed, but come on! How great is that! My favorite part of this community is that they have no problem holding residents accountable, so much so, that the residents respect the rules. So, what does this

I have lived here for 8 years and have consistently had a positive experience. Management has changed in the time I have been here but everyone has been friendly, professional, helpful, and quick to respond to inquiries. The grounds and landscaping are well-maintained. The buildings are regularly cleaned (pressure washed) and if there is an issue with driveways or any asphalt it is addressed. I have always experienced excellent service from maintenance. Staff are quick to respond to requests, friendly, courteous, professional, and have always solved the problem and fixed the issue. Plus they give a friendly wave when I see them on the property.
