Maintenance manager jose moreno and jailer Rinvon were awesome helping me out with putting up some shelves on my walls. They were prompt in responding to my request and even arranged so I would be present while they put them up. They were friendly and respectful of my place. Very professional and attention to detail! I love living here! 🎉

The District at 9702 Universal Blvd have an amazing great staff. I just met with Alexandria (Alex) a very professional yet friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable representative right when you entered the lobby area. Manager Ericka please assist Alex in anything she might need currently at work if you are able or in the near future. Employees like Alex, make every company or organization look good. Congrats on hiring great talent.

This apartment complex used to be great and the manager used to always take care of stuff in a timely issue. The trash compactor has been broken for months, and this is the current state. It’s disgusting and have seen rats in this area due to the amount of trash on the floor. Worse management that has ever worked here since I have lived here. This apartment is going down hill, they still have yet to fix the gate cause the vendors they hired forgot to install the metal plate so anybody can just enter the apartment complex whenever they want.

Manager Jose Moreno and jailer rincon were great. I have been living here for 11 years and have been having problems with the very old broken dishwasher and stove. Instead of trying to fix it, they gave us brand new appliances. I feel like they appreciate my business and want us to stay here.

Jailer and maintenance manager jose moreno did a fantastic and attentive job fixing our washing machine that had been causing us problems for months. The fix was fast, well done, and caused absolutely no disruptions to our day to day. Thank you!
