The District at Sherman

I’ve had a great experience living at District at Sherman Apartments here in Sherman. The improvements they’ve been making lately have really made a difference. You can tell management is investing in the property with the ongoing renovations — everything is starting to feel fresher and more updated. One thing I really appreciate is how fast maintenance responds. Anytime I’ve put in a request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference when you’re living somewhere long-term. The office staff is also amazing — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They actually care about the residents and it shows. Very good management and getting the apartments better. I love these people. And they are pet friendly.

I called get hung up on poor management we had 5 mangers combined between old owners and new owners in 1 year and maintenance takes a long time if you need something to do!!!!!!
