Love it here! I’ve been here for a year already and already renewed for another. Maintenance is Fast to respond and done within a timely manner when anything needs done. The office staff is absolutely great as well. Def a place I would recommend. Thank you!

The appearance & amenities are window dressing for a noise factory. Located in between 2 busy railroad tracks to the east & 1 to the west that run 24/7/365. The horn from the train is extremely noticeable in your unit. The concrete floors offer no sound barrier from units above. You hear walking, running, jumping especially if there’s children involved. From above units I heard toilets flushing, sinks/showers draining in the walls. The rent price advertised does not reflect the 2 MANDATORY monthly fees ($145.00) they add to your monthly rent.

The apartments are well taken care of .... the staff is kind, courteous, and helpful. Justus is a sweet young lady and always answer my questions. The pool and the fitness room are excellent. There is one elliptical that is not working as far as the screen goes and the Pelatonia bike was not working properly ... I have not checked it lately. The main club house is immaculate and I have not used the theatre...

I've been here almost 2yrs I enjoy living in these apartments. There are a few things I have noticed People not respecting the property by blatantly throwing trash down or leaving paperplates outside of there car. More dog poop not being picked up. Electrical issues that have been going on for well over 6 months. I have a screen at my front door so I can leave my front door open to let the breeze go through the apartment the other day I had 2 dogs walk into my apartment not leashed. I didn't know what to think about that. I didn't want to get anyone in trouble they didn't attack me so I let it go and they wondered back out the door. Some dogs evenon leashes don't play well with other dogs when they get around other dogs. Other than that everything's good.... Thanks for letting me vent....

The maintenance team always come right over when I have an issue and get right to work. They are very knowledgeable and do great work. Thanks guys.
