Lakes At Ashton Village

Moved in to a 2b 2b in 2022, out in 2024 The amenities are simple and functional, and the community is fairly quiet (the loudest things are the little mallard ducks who sometimes quack in the night or people’s dogs); exactly what I was looking for. The management staff is on point: they are very good at keeping things organized and simple to follow. Robin and Leslie are very good at communicating the things I needed to know in a timely fashion (via text which is super helpful) and the maintenance was always willing to help get things fixed quickly when we asked. This was exactly what I needed with my first apartment renting experience, and I’m happy to recommend this place as a quiet, frugal, clean place to live. My Aunt lives here I contacted the office because of the the maintenance guys stereotyped me and harassed me called me racial slurs because he thought I was a solicitor but I am a guest. I advise people to stay away from this property and management. They are all racist with video and audio to prove it

I’ve been here almost a year. No problems with staff, they’re always friendly and helpful to me. They take really good care of the property and it’s a pretty quiet place. Ashville police drive through frequently…which is a good thing. My only complaint is Ashville water is terrible (but that’s not managements fault). For apartment living, I’m happy here.

We have lived here before with zero problems so we decided to move here again. This time we have been here a year and there were really know problems until new people moved in upstairs and their kid or kids were constantly stomping and running around every single day from 6am-8am then when they would get home around 5pm-11pm! Called the office also wrote a complaint and have not heard back from anyone, so I go in today to talk to the manager again and I get told she's on vacation (when I called Friday I was told she would be back Monday) and that she won't be back until the first of the year. So I said I'm suppose to just deal with this until she gets back? The lady says well yeah. Okay? I've been trying to get ahold of someone for about a month now and have got nothing! I really like the fact that Ashton Lake apartments have a few fishing ponds and the fitness center is finally open. My experience has been positive so far.The equipment is dated but it gets the job done.
