The Depot

My husband and I have lived here for two years and we are so sad to be leaving. This apartment was amazing! It was perfect for us to start out in. The office staff is amazing!!! We love Andrea! We are relocating to lbk but if we were staying here we could see ourselves here for a while! Great location, next to United and some resultants that we can walk to. Overall, great place! Highly recommend! we'll miss you Canyon!

I really miss this place. Was amazing. I had the loft for my daughter and I then I moved away to Florida. I am back in Amarillo waiting for another loft to open up. Andrea was always amazing and whenever we had any problem maintenance guy was there very fast. Not sure what the other reviews are for owner not caring never felt that way at all.

They have rooms you can rent for events but make absolutely sure you get everything the lady in charge says down in writing. She told us we had a room reserved, that no deposit was necessary since one of our officers was a tenant, and that all we had to do was tell her when we were headed up there. A couple weeks before the event, we call to get a bit more information on the room and she tells us she rented it out to someone else because we didn't pay a deposit and we didn't confirm we wanted the room. She didnt call to check with us on the room. She just rented it out from under us. So now we have to find another place to host our event during the busiest time of the year. At least we're not out the deposit money...

I've lived on this property for nearly 3 years now and am so sad to be leaving. I cannot recommend these apartments enough!!!!

Looked alright . Don't know how they run the show but it looks cool
