Legends Canyon

Management/staff are rude, very ugly and super disrespectful. I do not recommend living here although I was just a guest the stories I have heard from people living here are just outrageous. Also gates never worked and the apartment complex was just filthy. Also there was a dead RAT in the pool lol.

Terrible experience mostly just because of the WiFi. It was terrible last semester and after hearing that there would be a new “system” I’ve come to find that it’s even worse this semester. I don’t expect super high upload/download speeds but when I can’t use my phone on wifi, watch movies without bugs and set up other WiFi accessories there’s a problem. Management doesn’t seem to care either

Had a rough experience in previous years. But as of recently- Management has become more patient with residents within last couple of months. If you are going to live here: Be mindful of rules in place, read through contracts before signing them, and respect staff: they will respect you if you give them the grace to help you. Hoping my experience continues to grow better over this next year!

Trust me the management here and the manager is the worst kind of a human. My friend who was living there until recently had 3 apartment mates in the total 4 rooms there. All three of them left before the end date of lease, and since only my friend was left, he was asked to clean every shelf and the whole kitchen and stuff, which is okay and not the worst issue. But she made him pay 100 dollars for the rubble left by the entire 4 apartment mates and still made him clean that. Even I went myself to aid in the same and it took literal hours and hours just to get those sorted, trash the useless stuff and all of this after paying 100$. So, massive NO

The Legends apartment has been great so far. The staff is helpful and kind, and I always appreciate their communication. Compared to my last apartment, Legends is more professional and communicative, showing effort in caring for their residents.
