The Dens on Martin

The apartments themselves are worth a rating of 3 stars. However, maintenance here is nonexistent - worthy of 1 stars. Do not expect maintenance to hustle. It has taken over 5 months for some of our request. You are very close to UCA campus. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get onto the interstate from here in the mornings.

Katelynn has stayed communicative about everything related to our apartment. She is amazing. Sure maintenance might be a little slow but im almost certain their team is new, you work with what you have. Plus, with all the renovation done recently, you can't find all the problems until people live in the units. Amazing people, great apartment. Only gripe is the internet is only DSL, there are no fiber options.

Just had to double back and really check in to make sure everyone gets it . This is more than a “Just a company” these people are more like FAMILY . I lost my Mother and My landlord Katelynn called to check on me !!! She didn’t have to do that at all it was the fact that she took out her time to make sure that I was okay Mentally ! That’s going over and beyond ! You can’t make this up ! My unit is huge , if I need something they come pretty fast … communication is key here ! I love it

I drove past this apartment complex when I was in college and saw it was so worn down and outdated. The new owner has done a great job renovating it and making it a great place to live! The management company also does a great job.

The apartments are very cute and open. I recently moved and I love it here. The maintenance and Conway property group overall has been very helpful!!
