I have lived here in the same apartment for many many years. The staff is very helpful, the maintenance staff is great it is the same Maintenance Supervisor since I have lived here they are fast, and get the job done right away. They have done a lot of remodeling on the property inside and out. I have met a lot of nice people here through the years and have made some great friends. The area is near everything restaurants, grocery stores, all kinds of shopping, and much more. My fur baby loves it here and we have a pet park and she has met other fur babies that walk with us. We enjoy living here at the Delano.
I typically don’t leave reviews, but I have lived here quite awhile and feel this deserves recognition. My AC went out and maintenance has went out of their way to ensure that I have been taken care of and communicated with me every step of the process. The quick, immediate, and consistent communication has been such a reassurance. Thank you everyone on maintenance! I am extremely impressed.
I have mixed feelings about these apartments. I’ve enjoyed the townhome feel to my 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and the convenience that having my garage attached to my building affords me. But there are several issues with the building itself. During the months with extreme heat or cold, my bedroom is at a different temperature than my living room due to the fact that my bedroom is over my neighbors 2 car garage and the original builders of these buildings failed to insulate properly. I have lived in my unit just a little over 3 years now and have put several requests in for doors no longer opening (front door twice now) and my walls have substantial cracks in every room and almost every wall. I’ve put maintenance request in for foundation issues and all I’ve been told is “you are on a lis
My experience started off great — maintenance was always prompt, and any issues were handled quickly. Unfortunately, things went downhill during the second half of my lease. A severe roach problem developed, and despite paying monthly for pest control, no service was provided for weeks (as confirmed by the leasing consultant). Getting in touch with the leasing and property managers has also been extremely difficult, which is disappointing — especially since I work in property management myself and know it shouldn’t be this hard to get help. When I tried to transfer my lease, the previous property manager advised us to add the new tenant to the lease and complete the screening process. The applicant paid and was approved, but I was never removed from the lease. Later, I received and signed
