The Deane

I am so happy with how The Deane has been transformed! The recent renovations: including updated units, new flooring, modern fixtures and improved curb appeal, have truly elevated the property and added value to the neighborhood. The Deane was one of the first complexes in the area to undergo these updates, and it really shows.

The Deane has undergone an impressive transformation. What used to be an eyesore is now a beautiful property after renovations were completed in late 2024. I’ve toured the model unit and was really impressed with the interior upgrades and modern finishes. The free on-site laundry is also a great perk you don’t see very often. Overall, it’s great to see this property revitalized and adding value to the neighborhood.

I’ve lived here since the new ownership took over, and the difference has been night and day. Every unit has been renovated, the laundry room was completely updated, and overall the property feels well cared for. Management has been responsive, professional, and easy to work with whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication has been clear. It’s obvious they take pride in the community, and it shows. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it.

The new management did a great job with the remodel, very cozy feel! They’re very responsive, caring, and attentive to the community. Marisa and Misty are awesome!!

Great apartment complex. Clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management is friendly and very responsive. I’ve had a good experience living here.
