I had an evil landlord who I called out twice for negligence. The 2nd time I had to pay to have the septic tank pumped because he sent a guy over with a pool pump and garden hose to pump raw sewerage onto the lawn. Shortly after he evicted us. Alicia and her husband Randy moved mountains to get us a new home in time. We went VA and it takes thirty days to close, but Alicia knows people and found a mortgager ( shawn workman) who also went above and beyond. We closed on the 04/22; eviction date was 05/01.
