My name is Cheryl Partin, I've been living at the apartments for about 4 years. An during those years it's been really good. But I do want to say that since Amanda Baucom has been our manager we've had more activities and the residents have come together. And it's been amazing. The grounds are well taken care of. And when we have a problem with anything she does make sure we are taken care of in a timely manner. She does go up and beyond for her residents. We all love her very much. Thank you, Cheryl Partin

Greenbriar Apartments is an awesome place to live! Very clean, maintained and well kept! There are ways for Tennant's to be involved and interact with each other such as Healthy Eating, Bingo, Outdoor Fun Day, Arts and Crafts and so much more! We love our Landlord Amanda Baucom, she's always kind, caring and helping her Tennant's. We feel Blessed to be able to live here because of the safety and the way things are kept. I have lived in greenbriar for 3 years and the manager we have now, has been the best manager! She’s gone above and beyond for all of her tenants in making sure they are satisfied with their homes. Mrs.Amanda doesn’t let her own personal challenges affect her job. She’s professional, a hard worker and overall an amazing person. To some, Greenbriar is just a complex to live in, but to me and several others we’ve become family. Best IMC complex known to man.

I Pearl Ramsdell, have been living at the Greenbriar Apartments 5 years this coming December. I've been so very happy living here in the apartments. It's quite the property is always well taken care of, people( our neighbors are so very sweet). And when Amanda Baucom has taken over as property manager, she makes sure we have our activities and other advents with the residents. She makes sure that we are all taken care of. I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The location is convenient, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home.
