My family and I celebrated my grandmother’s 85th birthday on the rooftop of the The Davis Lofts downtown Rocky Mount. We specifically wanted an outdoor space since they are older and we were concerned about covid. We booked the rooftop space and an airbnb studio to use to prep the food. The studio apartment was perfect in every way. Exposed brick walls and wood floors gave it lots of character. It was decorated in bright fun colors and we felt comfortable, quiet, safe and clean.Not only was everything in the property immaculate, but the staff and owner were welcoming and provided whatever assistance we needed. I am very pleased with my apartments look and space. I am in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Hampton Village renovated with granite countertops and updated flooring in Nashville behind Dollar General. The rental rate is perfect and not over charging. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and new carpet! I love my patio area outside as it provides a place outdoors for peace and wuiet relaxation. There’s enough counter space to prepare dinner efficiently. I am well pleased with my neighbors and the environment surrounding the apartments! 10 out of 10 to Davis Property Management.

The people who own these properties now took most of them over from previous owners and have put a ton of work, money, upgrades, and care into all of their sites. I think some of the low reviews are unfair and based on previous management, because our experience with Troy has been awesome. He works very hard to make sure everything is as good as it can be.

That was only to move somewhere safe, and he refused to return the deposit. He'll paint over it and get away with it. Reached out to several community and city officials to no avail. The magistrate in this court claim called the mold reports performed by Coast to Summit Home Inspections, LLC "Mumbo Jumbo". Disregarding all code violations on the home, favoring Davis. Worst rental experience. I’ve never experienced so much filth. Roaches everywhere the apartment was rat infested. It wasn’t until the first of year before someone came to do pest control. And we still keep finding dead rats. If you can avoid this property and go else where please do. It’s 2024 slum lords should be a thing of the past.
