The Danforth

I don't know what prices are like, but I have many clients whose dogs I walk and who. I have pets it for. All in all, it's an inclusive facility that even has shuttle service to the trains and local shops. It's well maintained and has great amenities. You can even get your coffee downstairs in the lobby or pick up a treat for your dog. Well it doesn't have a dedicated dog park. There is an area in the back of the building where you can take your dog out and it isn't far from The Sawmill River bike and walking trail. It's also walking distance to Look theater, urgent Care, a veterinarian, and a number of restaurants and shops.

My and Fiancée and I had such a great experience living at the Danforth! The building is clean, well-kept, and feels safe and welcoming. The management team, Garner, Abby, Destiny, and Allison are all kind and truly care about the residents, which makes a huge difference. I especially want to give a shoutout to the maintenance team — Dee and George in particular. He’s always quick to respond, super friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s a small repair or an urgent issue, he handles it right away with a smile. Overall, I couldn’t be happier living here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and community-oriented apartment building!

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience I've had living at The Danforth for the past two years. I love my apartment, with all its modern amenities, huge windows that bring in natural light, spacious cabinets, tall ceilings... and! this is a great dog-friendly place. The staff in the management office as well as the maintenance team are incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. Plus they do fun things for the tenants throughout the year! I've always felt safe here. I knew I was home from the moment I walked in the building as there was always a lovely scent infused throughout. Uniquely theirs. I highly recommend The Danforth.

We just finished our time at the Danforth Apartments, and we had a great experience. Moving to NY from California was a difficult move; thankfully, working with Abigail made the transition easy. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to all of our questions through email and phone correspondence. The location was great for us, especially with a dog. Sure, there was morning bus pick up noise, and some noise from people who went to the movie theater, but it wasn't extreme. The small neighborhood offered easy access to restaurants, a grocery store, and walkable surroundings, including the trailway alongside the Saw Mill Parkway. So in retaliation for this review, after moving out at the end of my lease, the property management sent me a check to reimburse for the security deposit and the check BOUNCED. NY law states, that the deposit must be returned within 14 days. It took them 48 days to replace the check. My calls and email messages to Willow Bridge Property Company went unanswered for the duration of the waiting period. How tacky is it to send a check that bounced, after living in the building for 26 months, without EVER being late with our rent.
