Osborn Manor

I just moved in and the place is infested with cockroaches. They're outside, crawling up the buildings and windows, flying across the lawns. They're inside, coming out of every crack in the walls or gap on the floorboards. The management company doesn't do anything about it. For over $3000/month for a 2 bedroom, I expect better. The gutters, eaves and window areas are cracked and rotting, attracting more pests. The whole place needs an overhaul. It's sad because the community is lovely (wonderful neighbors!), and the apartment is spacious and beautiful on the surface, one would never know by looking at it that I'm finding 3-5 roaches per day. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE.
