I moved in back in September, and overall it’s been an okay stay. The main ongoing issue I’ve had is with my mailbox it turns out it’s not the key, but the mailbox lock itself, and that’s still been an issue as of January. That said, I’ve genuinely been enjoying the complex. Gabby was a huge help during my move-in process and made everything much smoother, which I really appreciated. The amenities are nice, but I do feel they’re a bit overpriced especially considering that all three buildings aren’t connected, and residents don’t have access to Building C, which is clearly more updated and better equipped. Even though we’re considered “one community,” access doesn’t really reflect that. Community events like adult nights and game nights are a great idea, but I think residents could be

This has been by far the absolute worst apartment building I have ever lived in. Whoever runs the north7 email account needs a serious lesson in customer service. The price we pay for these "luxury" apartments is insane compared to what you are paying for. If you decide to move in here prepare to never sleep again. The building is made with wooden framing that makes every step above you shake your whole apartment. If you work from home you will go crazy.

I have been a tenant at the Curb- Building C @ 433 for over a year now and I only have good words for the professionalism of the Leasing Team. They have have been very responsive in my requests, with a turnaround time of max 24h. The entire team has been very kind, available to help and above all pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys for a great time there, the facilities are great but above all the supporting Teams - both Maintenance and Leasing ones, made it totally stress free for me. Much appreciated!! Gabby, Anthony, Sara, Miguel YOU ARE THE BEST!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience here, I feel like I owe it to the next person considering this place. Yes, the building looks beautiful on the outside—but don’t let that fool you. This has been, by far, the worst place I’ve ever lived. I stayed here for over two years and always handled myself with nothing but respect and professionalism. When it was time for me to move out, I made sure to give plenty of notice and follow every step they asked for. You’d think the favor would be returned. Instead, I dealt with some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. Rebecca Marlowe and Catherine Kearns were consistently rude and dismissive, but the move-out situation was beyond anything I could’ve expected. I turned in my key directly to the concierge, and s

Genuinely one of the worst places I’ve lived. Management is completely unresponsive. Anytime you have a question or concern you’ll be told someone will call you back and that will never happen. If you want maintenance work youll be met with an incompetent team who couldn’t fix an outlet for me on four separate visits. I ultimately fixed the issue myself because they couldn’t figure it out. The units themselves are built poorly and uninsulated. You will hear every peep your neighbors (especially upstairs) make. If you’re looking at an apartment in the back of the building be weary of the train that goes by extremely loudly very often. When i toured i asked the leasing agent (Sara) what was behind the building and she said a river and nothing more. I was very surprised to hear a train blast
