first off, the cue is so beautifully designed. the common room areas are inviting and have beautiful window walls looking out into downtown bakersfield. there are so many restaurants in walking distance: cali brewing, mexicali, the new moo, cafe smitten and more! it’s quiet and you feel safe as there are security cameras, large gates, private parking, and scanned entry. inside the cue, it’s peaceful. no loud neighbors and wild parties going on. everything is kept clean inside the building and the apartments are spacious. there are also rubbage and recycling shoots on each floor which makes taking the trash out super convenient! never have i seen that before. the design of the apartments inside is simple & leaves room to bring in any design decor you personally like. if you want the west ch

I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with The Cue Apartments in downtown Bakersfield. These newly built apartments emulate the elegance and charm of a high-end boutique hotel. The apartments themselves are tastefully designed, featuring oversized windows that offer a pleasant view of the city while allowing ample natural light to brighten the living space. My wife is particularly fond of the walk-in closet, providing us with plenty of storage room. Inside the apartments, you'll find a range of convenient amenities. The inclusion of a washer and dryer makes laundry days hassle-free, and the dishwasher adds convenience to our daily routine. This apartment was great! I needed an apartment in Bakersfield sight unseen, I found the Cue online, filled out one of their applications, got approved and moved in, seeing the apartment for the first time on moving day, the building was brand new, very clean and safe, it was perfect for me because it was centrally located and there was on sight parking, I never had any major issues, all minor issues were promptly fixed, I had a loose faucet at one point, probably my fault, I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed right away, everyone who lived in the building was really friendly, they put on a bunch of meet and greet type of events.
