Megan Alcaro has been an excellent property manager at The Crossings at Neshaminy. She is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the overall condition of the community. Any questions or concerns are handled promptly and thoroughly, and communication is always clear and respectful. It’s obvious that Megan takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The community is well-managed, organized, and welcoming because of her leadership. I truly appreciate all the effort she puts into her role and would highly recommend living here!

I had the pleasure of touring The Crossings at Neshaminy recently, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience—especially thanks to Megan and Lauren. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Megan did an excellent job walking me through the features of the apartment and the community. She answered all of my questions with patience and detail, and her friendly demeanor made the entire tour feel comfortable and enjoyable. Lauren was equally helpful, ensuring everything was organized and offering helpful insights about the application process and amenities. Both Megan and Lauren made me feel like more than just a potential tenant—they treated me like part of the community

The apartments are very spacious and well laid out, giving a comfortable and homey feel. The apartments are kept clean and well- maintained. The leasing office staff deserves a special shoutout — Megan and Lauren were absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made me feel confident that this is a community that truly cares about its residents. If you’re looking for a place with great living space and an outstanding team who makes you feel right at home, I highly recommend this apartment complex!
