These apartments are bs , I asked multiple times what will get me denied and over and over again the lady told me as long as i make 2x the rent I’ll be good smh. She calls and tell me I was denied because of debt even though I make over 2x the rent so basically they just want your money and lie to you

If you dont ask for a pest sprayer to come once a week.. you're gonna have roaches no matter how clean you are. Your bathtub is gonna be a shit show.. when you move in its going to be peeling.. and once a year they give you an option of fixing your tub or cleaning your carpet.. both suck.. when your 1980s refrigerator, air conditioner, and dishwasher finally give out, please be prepared to deal with the most annoyed maintenance man you've ever experienced.. yeah it's cheap but don't unless you have no other option

I've been here 6 months now, and I have to say... it's the most poorly maintained complex I've ever lived at, and our maintenance requests seem to fall on deaf ears. The roaches are out of control! Regardless of what we do, there are too many... it needs to be handled with an exterminator. None of the windows slide unless you exert maximum effort, the kitchen drawers will literally fall onto the floor if you're not careful, and the closet doors constantly fall off their tracks. Neither exhaust fan works, and the central air system leaks condensation onto the floor. The only ceiling fixture takes a specialty bulb, and our kitchen light has two bulbs out. We've asked maintenance to replace them a few times, but they never showed up. The worst though is when I got zapped from a light switch!

ZERO stars!! I do not recommend this place AT ALL! Please do not rent from here. They are infested with cockroaches .. not one or two 30-40+. Management is HORRIBLE!!! They do not care how tenants live .. they don't care if you don't have air, a toilet , water .. nothing! Two months after you move in your bath tub will completely tear apart from the wall up and they will tell you that you are on a waiting list but nothing will actually be done They favor each other as well as certain tenants that they are personal friends with.. they allow apartments to have 10+ people living together partying every night trash thrown everywhere including food and they will leave it .. dog poop everywhere they also pick and choose who they harass when it comes to animals .. picking up after them and pet

The office staff are nice, as well as maintenance. We've had very few problems while living here (almost a year). I will say, the apartments that we were shown (the model), is NOTHING like the unit we were given. Not even close. We asked prior to moving in, and since we've lived here, to be moved to a 1st floor unit, to which we were told we'd be put on a waiting list. We have small children, and our downstairs neighbors like to bang on the ceiling and complain to the office that they're "too loud", when really the problem is that the floors are incredibly thin and creak. You can literally hear yourself walking. We're still waiting to be put in a ground level unit. We did ask a few months back (May) to have our master bathrooms tub/shower to be resurfaced (paint is peeling) and we're told
