this place got real bad real fast, trash all over the place and the laundry aint never working, they told me there was on site laundry when i signed the lease. water keeps getting shut off all the time for emergency repairs, but they just blame us for it. rats and other big animals run around up in the ceilings like they own the place. this place is run by a slumlord, so just know what youre getting yourself into. the laundry room in c building, every single machine broke, been like that for months got scammed signing a lease here

The place is better than I expected due to the management which keeps the place in a positive situation the office staff is amazing all your questions and concerns are normally handled fairly quickly I can't say enough about the office staff as well as the upper management who does his best to keep things in line for such a big apartment complex that is not an easy task. And I thank him for that 💛

Love this little complex. Close to all daily needs stores. Management is accommodating and friendly. Residents are quiet & pleasant.

Lived there for 3 years when Ann Marie was manager it was great 2006 2009. Mad parties and girls probably had 10 kids

I wanna leave the most honest review possible. This property is one of the worst in the area. There’s a roach infestation and the owner(s) knew about it for a while before notifying other tenants. There’s also a mice issue since I’ve moved in 3 years ago. The property owner is very disrespectful, he’ll talk over you, won’t take complaints serious and just generally shady. The maintenance team does try their best to fix issues just never in the correct way. We’ve had Rodents Claw into our unit and the management took months to come out and look at the holes they left(mind you I can see outside through these holes) rent doesn’t reflect the quality of building.
