Avoid Charles Rappa Real Estate. Rent is cheap for the area, but it is not worth the many headaches you will receive. Dave Rappa, John Sutton, and Janet Palermo are three of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. For three years, they allowed a single tenant to systematically harass half of this complex with her drama that was often fueled by alcohol. John Sutton threatened us for years with eviction simply for asking that they do their job and mitigate an unruly tenant who had people living with her illegally. So many neighbors had called on this one person, it became a running joke in the complex. Their excuse was that they didn't want to be sued, well too late for that now! What they should have done was raise the rent and priced people out, considering it's illegal to threa
