The Crossings at Cheviot

After seeing such heavily edited/AI enhanced photos of these apartments, I decided I was ready to share my experience living here in 2023. First of all, the apartments may look nice online, but they are bad in person. Paint dripping onto tile, light switches, baseboards, etc in every room. Light switches, doors, framing, etc. were all crooked in the unit I lived in. It looked like everything was very rushed & done by people who have no experience in home construction or improvement. You do not have temperature control of your unit AT ALL. The window ACs do NOTHING in the summer, leaving 1/2 the apartment you pay for unusable. The radiators not only make your apartment 90° in the winter (making you sick easily) but they also harbor MANY cockroaches. I hope they've controlled this issue si

The Crossings at Cheviot is a beautiful place to live! The community is well kept, the apartments are modern and spacious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. A truly welcoming and peaceful place to call home.

The Management at this property is now attempting to charge tenants for internet and forcing them to over pay for those services, when some Tenants who already pay for internet services with the same company at lower rates. This is on top of controlling the Heat and Air-condition and charging Tenants for the power used even if they are barley at home and it is always super cold during the winter or super hot during summer. This is also not ot mention of the "landlord special" job and roach infestation that they seem to not be able to remedy after being in the apartment for 2 years. Stay away from this place they will nickel and dime you and make up charges that aren't in your lease agreement and unless you contact them they will attempt to charge you. Great Complex/Management! I worked with Ben when it came to handling the leasing for the apartment . He was very friendly and helpful. Patience and understanding as well !! And James did a wonderful job preparing the unit for me once i got everything finalized with Ben. Definitely worth the living experience! 10/10!!

I have lived here for awhile, The service I have received here has been great. Quick response to all maintenance requests. Jackie goes above and beyond even for small things. I enjoy living here. This is was a great choice. Also, The gym is really nice.
