The Crossings Apartments

some of the tenants are nice, but the management is terrible and they will not work with you to resolve problems. they will do the equivalent of shrugging their shoulders and saying not my problem. they have entered my apartment multiple times without warning, they have construction been going for the last 3 years with is very loud very early, and if you are friends with the landlord you get special treatment making you immune to basic rules so there are tenants who can do or say almost anything. they love to raise there rent by a 1/3 every year without warning so be ready for that too. my door doesn't fit and my stove is from the 70's or something and my kitchen cabinets are crazy crooked and it took them 8 months to get a new water heater and had to send someone 6 times and even the new

wow!!! This apartment complex is being significantly upgraded in the last couple months and ongoing,since this new management company took it over. They put in so much effort in making the building better, they secured the building with the new exterior doors and locks, a lot of renovations are being done in both the inside and the outside of the building including a new roof, upgraded lobby etc. Multiple apartments are also being totally remodeled with brand new kitchens toilets, flooring etc. This building definitely went through a extensive facelift. Its a pleasure to live in such a environment, I'd love to stay here for years to come.

Nasty dirty,carpet are dirty. Apartments are so outdated and in need of new appliances, counter top,carpet is Nasty. Elevator only works part-time no lights elderly people on 3rd floor, no way out Elevator not working. But you better pay your rent on time or you get an eviction notice.

Don't live here. It's a health Hazzard. Unclean bug infested . Roaches everywhere. Carpet is dirty. Maintenance and management is awful would not recommend from experience don't live here. Needs to be shut down .

Don't move here! There's a dirty fool who lives on the 3rd floor that infested the building with roaches. Nobody doesn't do anything about the situation! There cheap with everything. I'm always following the rules and get penalized for somebody's assumption of bullshit yet this guy doesn't get any kind of penalization for infesting the building! Worst building to live in ever
